Fun Exercise & Movement
Making fitness fun with follow-along workouts that embrace different movements, allowing her to discover what she enjoys (and doesn't), and learn there's no one right way to exercise, while promoting exercise as a way to be healthy and strong, in mind and body.

AGE-APPROPRIATE EDUCATION
Nutrition, Exercise, Anatomy
Educational video lessons with aligned activities on nutrition, exercise, and human anatomy that are interesting and age appropriate, designed to develop an appreciation of what her body is capable of when it is nourished, loved, and cared for.

Embracing a Strong Sense of Self
Mindset coaching videos with aligned activities that focus on building and embracing authenticity, growing confidence, body awareness and intuition, resilience and overcoming obstacles, and more, because confidence is everything.

Training Platform
Everything listed below will be provided in ONE place for super easy access: your unique client profile on the Fitness The Cormier Way Training Platform. You and your daughter can access this on your desktop, laptop, or via the mobile app on your mobile device.
All items are on demand, which means your daughter can complete each at her own pace. They are still labeled in order and over a 6 week duration if you choose to stay on track and complete the program as it was designed, but if you choose to speed up or slow down, that's up to you! We know life gets busy, especially with little ones, and flexibility is key.

GET STARTED
Join the fun and work through the program with your daughter or allow her to complete each activity independently with the follow-along videos. She can move through the program as it is designed, or go at her own pace. Everything is available on demand so you can easily work it in with your busy lifestyle.

Every activity in the Girl Power program is intentionally designed to inspire positivity, spark curiosity, and ignite a genuine love for health and fitness. Encouraging feedback focuses on effort, growth, and building lasting self-confidence.
With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry—and more than a decade in coaching and physical education—Angela designs every follow-along workout to be fun, educational, safe, and rooted in discovery.
Fun, age-appropriate lessons about food, movement, and how the body works—helping her understand how to fuel her body, feel strong, and appreciate all the amazing things it can do, because knowledge is power.
Ultimately, doing what you enjoy is what leads to consistency and life-long success. The goal is to discover different foods and physical activities she likes, and to feel confident and brave enough to give them a try.

Hi! I'm Angela Cormier, the founder and creator of The Cormier Way, and I am on a mission to inspire women and girls to become strong, confident, and empowered with my one-of-a-kind fitness programs. ​​

After over 20 years of working in the fitness industry and a decade working in coaching and physical education with thousands of youth and adolescent girls, I’ve learned what truly helps them grow up strong—both inside and out.
​
That’s why I created the Girl Power Program—a one-of-a-kind fitness education experience designed just for girls ages 6–12. This 6-week, on-demand program builds confidence, inner strength, and a positive relationship with health and movement through fun, age-appropriate education, workouts, and mindset lessons.

Here's what I know. As a mom, you want your daughter to grow up strong, confident, and healthy. There's not much more important than that. But in today’s world, that’s not always easy. Trust me, as a mom of two daughters, I know.

With unrealistic beauty standards and a growing pressure to “fit in,” (let's not even mention social media), girls as young as eight years old are already doubting their bodies, their worth, and their abilities. We want them to exercise and feel good in their own skin, but sports and fitness programs today focus too much on elite athleticism, competition, and intense physical development—leaving girls discouraged, bored, or worse, disconnected from their bodies altogether.
